I am an intentional, detail-oriented, solution-driven designer.

In September 2020, I changed jobs from a private practice clerk in affluent Beverly Hills to a case manager in a non-profit in the underserved neighborhood of Watts. As a case manager, I worked with formerly incarcerated folks in acknowledging their needs and assisting clients in obtaining essentials such as food, housing, and employment. Furthermore, I learned that the assistance provided to those in need is only as good as the systems used to track the supportive services. After reflecting on my previous experience, I realized my drive is to share knowledge with others and hold space to get to the core issues, especially for underserved communities.

As I evolve as a designer, I hope focus on user needs to influence the interface design.
